Rezkom employs a management team that is second to none. Our Office Manager controls the day to day operations of the company. Our Accounting Manager works hard to ensure that purchasing, billing, and financial record keeping is efficient and correct. Rezkom has three Regional Managers that oversee the on-site staff. They are responsible to visit each contract site weekly or bi-weekly to inspect staff performance, meet with the on-site Property Manager, review requests for proposals, and complete site inspections. Our Construction Manager is responsible to supervise all of our residential renovation and construction projects. Each manager is equipped with a Dell laptop computer to help ensure quick efficient reponse to all of our clients needs. Every contract client is entitled to have the CEO and the Regional Manager attend a Board meeting once annually.

Our helpful and efficient office staff works hard to minimize work order, scheduling, and billing questions. They are available from 8:00AM-4:00PM Monday through Friday to answer any questions you may have.

We can tailor a maintenance contract on time and materials basis or contract hour basis. We service more than 150 clients throughout New Jersey with contracts of various hourly requirements. Whether you require daily, weekly, or monthly service, Rezkom will tailor a contract to meet your needs.

Rezkom offers a state of the art emergency call system using a 24/7 answering service along with Sprint/Nextel two way radios. This service allows our staff to respond to your emergency calls within twenty minutes.
